What does it mean to "bank hours" towards geting extra service requests?  How does this work?

Each village member has access to 5 service requests per month from the limited services list.  Through our volunteer logging system, when you provide hours or service to other members those hours are recorded.  For every 2 hours of service you provide to other members you can receive 1 extra service in the limited services category, up to a maximum of 3 additional per month (8 total) per person.  You still get unlimited access to all of the services and events listed under "Unlimited Services". 

Thus, each month, you can request up to five of the limited services and if you provide volunteer service to other village members you can increase that number up to 8 requests for services.

NOTE:  Unused services from each month do NOT carry over to the next month.
